Background
The Integrity Clubserves as a miniature of Royal Audit Authority.Integrity Club was established in September, 2021 to inculcate the ethos of honesty and unrighteousness in the behavior and attitude of our students.It is also to strengthen their values of integrity, transparency, accountability, professionalism, patriotism and unity. The RoyalAudit Authority envisioned that engagement of the integrity club in college under the Royal University of Bhutan would help instill these values to become responsible citizens.
The integrity club would create awareness, sensitise and educate all students on values of integrity through various co-curricular and extracurricular activities in the college.

Mission

- To strengthen responsibility, professionalism, patriotism and unity.
- The Club will audit three types of Auditing– Financial, Compliance and Performance audit of Clubs and Student leaders.
- The Club will keep other clubs updated on various Auditing Activities.
- The club will create awareness, sensitise and educate all the students on the values of integrity, accountability, transparency and professionalism through various activities.
- To submit Annual Audit Report of Clubs and Students leaders to the office of Dean of student affairs.
- Any individual clubs involving financial transaction will be liable for auditing.
- Any entity in the college managed & operated by students.
- Any student who is a leader or office bearer in the college.
Eligibility Criteria for membership.

- Should have served as a member for at least one year in a club.

- Shall not hold record of any offence in the college.

- Non-student governing body.
Election of Coordinators & Committee Secretary
The Male and Female coordinators will be elected from the 3nd year after fulfilling the eligibility criteria through voting. The coordinators will be elected through the major votes from club members. The club consist of committee emboding club advisor, the coordinators and a committee secretory. The Committee Secretary is appointed by the club advisor on the recommendation of the coordinators. The committee secretary must possess good communication and writing skill. The maximum club member is thirty and minimum is ten. Ten members will be selected from second, third and fourth year making a total of thirty members.
Training
Training will be given to the club members frequently as and when required. Orientation to the new members will be given annually in the month of July.
Membership Tenure
Once enrolled as genuine member of integrity club,he/she should serve the integrity club till graduation from the college.
His/her failure to achieve 90% attendance annually in the club activities will not get a membership certificate. Incase if member is found to commit a serious offences, the membership of that individual will be terminated immediately. At the end of the membership tenure, leadership certificates will be award to coordinators and the memebrship certificate to the members.
Meeting
Meeting will be conducted at least once in a month to discuss relevant issues. Whenever it is necessary ad hoc meeting will be organized to discuss relevant issues. All the members should actively participate in the meeting. Minutes of the meeting will bemaintained by the committee secretary and keep record in the office file.

The club Audit report entailing financial & Performance details shall be prepared and Submitted to the office of DSA
