To support the overall well-being of students, the college will organize individual counselling sessions by inviting a qualified clinical counsellor to campus. The purpose of this initiative is to provide students with a safe, confidential, and supportive space to discuss personal, academic, emotional, or social challenges they may be facing.
The counsellor will offer guidance on stress management, mental health concerns, anxiety, relationship issues, academic pressure, and other difficulties that may affect students’ performance or well-being. Through these one-to-one sessions, students will receive personalized support tailored to their specific needs.
This initiative aims to
• Promote mental and emotional wellness
• Encourage early intervention and support
• Reduce academic stress and burnout
• Create a healthier and more supportive campus environment
• Strengthen students’ coping skills and resilience
The counselling sessions will be scheduled once every month in an organized manner to ensure accessibility for all students. Privacy and confidentiality will be strictly maintained.
The college also has a Happiness and Well-being Centre, which provides a dedicated space for small meetings, discussions, and additional activities related to student welfare.
